The Captain of the Port has confirmed that steady progress continues to be achieved in the operation of the OS35 wreck removal.
A milestone was achieved on Thursday 15th June in managing to further raise the stern section of the vessel out of the water. Progress continues to be made despite the challenging conditions of the wreck and work will continue to further stabilise the stern section.
Lifting of the bow section will follow once the stern section has been stabilised.
Works continue to progress at a safe and steady pace.
